After more than 20 years in dentistry I decided at the beginning of the year 2000 to do something different. As I had started 1997 to work in the evenings as a translator, especially in the fields of dentistry and medicine, I then concentrated on this kind of work after having sold my dental practice.
In the meantime I'm working very successfully for many translation agencies around the world, including England, Israel, United States, France and Germany, of course.
Almost every job is processed via email (sometimes via Fax), and my home office runs with Windows PC, all necesseray applications and high-speed internet connection (DSL). Some of my clients already use ftp-servers to manage large projects - convenient down- and upload without email attachments.
